Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations in a fast-paced, restaurant/entertainment setting. You will hire, train, and develop a top kitchen team while maintaining a safe, sanitary environment and controlling costs to ensure profitability.

You will oversee food cost, labor, and adherence to safety standards, while rolling out new menu items and enhancing guest experiences. Flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Proven experience in kitchen management.
• Strong business acumen.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are the head coach of a BOH team, hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best staff.
• Create a well-maintained, safe, sanitary environment for guests and staff.
• Manage food costs, track waste, and control kitchen labor costs.
• Understand and practice safe food-handling procedures.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
