Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. You will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, following established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with employment policies, cleanliness, and guest safety
• Monitoring food ticket times for efficiency
• Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations and coaching
• Developing key employees through daily feedback
• Conducting inventory, safety, and quality checks
• Handling proper storage and maintenance of kitchen items
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
• Scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff
• Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Participating in hiring processes
