We are seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner according to recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager

1. Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
2. Enforce compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
3. Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times.
4. Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
5. Develop key employees through feedback and training.
6. Conduct inventory, taste, and temperature checks for safety and quality.
7. Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
8. Practice safe food handling procedures.
9. Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
10. Set work hours, schedules, and assign tasks for staff.
11. Train employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
12. Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
13. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
