Job summary

Road Ranger in Milford, TX is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Ranger Deli Kitchen and Subway Express. The role focuses on fast, friendly service, food prep, POS operations, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a busy QSR environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of restaurant management, strong leadership, excellent communication with customers, staff and vendors, and a commitment to delivering high quality, freshly prepared foods and great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service, operate the point-of-sale system, safeguard cash and inventory, and ensure food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas at each concept and lead a team of Road Ranger employees.
• Hire and lead staff, and contribute to a positive work environment across the concepts.

As the face of Road Ranger and all Food Service Concepts, you are to provide and ensure fast and friendly customer service, creating a fun and positive work environment, hiring and leading a top group Road Ranger employees at the various concepts, dedicated to serving up fresh-made, delicious food offerings for our hungry customers. In addition to preparing food, this role is responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, operating the point-of-sale system, safeguarding cash and inventory, maintaining proper food safety standards, and ensuring the cleanliness of all areas at each of the Food Service Concepts. This position is engaging, gives you a lot of variety in your day, and prepares you for more responsibility along your Road Ranger journey.
