Are you a Kitchen Manager seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for dedicated dietary professionals to join our team! If you are compassionate and committed, WE WANT YOU!

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Kitchen Manager, you will plan, direct, control, and supervise the dietary department's functions and personnel. You will also ensure the safe and efficient provision of nutritionally appropriate food to residents, supporting their overall health. The Kitchen Manager ensures quality food service and nutrition care in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • A passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR); or equivalent training from military or education; or willingness to obtain certification within a year
  • Prior dietary supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
  • Food safety certification as per state regulations
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
