Join one of the fastest-growing hospitality groups in Lancaster - TFB Hospitality! Annie Bailey's is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our talented team. Our restaurant features Irish Favourites and Gastropub Fare, utilizing Lancaster County's bounty. We offer a fast-paced, employee-focused culture with excellent benefits.

Hours: Tuesday - Friday 2-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-8pm
Compensation: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in research and development of new menu items
  2. Organize and oversee daily and weekly prep
  3. Support the Executive Chef in staff training and development
  4. Assist with inventory management and ordering
  5. Prepare menu items alongside kitchen staff
  6. Maintain food safety protocols

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a culinary setting
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Passion for food and people
