Pay

$67,000 - $90,000 annually

Texas Roadhouse seeks a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products timely and according to recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Compensation

This is a bonus-eligible position, with total cash compensation ranging from $67,000 to $90,000 annually, based on store performance, with a base salary of $66,560.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies, oversee restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
• Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop key employees through daily feedback and performance reviews.
• Conduct inventory and safety checks, including taste and temperature tests.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
• Set work hours, create schedules, and assign tasks for Back of House staff.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Participate in hiring decisions for Back of House employees.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
