We are seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner, following established recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  • Supervise and oversee food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
  • Monitor and maintain efficient food ticket times.
  • Manage Back of House employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Develop key employees through daily feedback and performance reviews.
  • Conduct inventory checks, taste tests, and temperature checks for food safety.
  • Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs.
  • Set work schedules, assign tasks, and direct staff before, during, and after restaurant hours.
  • Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  • Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals.
