Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and be responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures. Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  • Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies, overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
  • Monitoring and maintaining efficient food ticket times
  • Managing Back of House employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Developing key employees through feedback and training
  • Conducting inventory, safety, and quality checks
  • Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Setting work schedules and tasks for Back of House staff
  • Training staff on equipment maintenance and safety procedures
  • Participating in hiring processes
  • Creating a positive, safe, and clean work environment
