Role Overview: Kitchen Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for food production and managing the back-of-the-house operations. You will ensure quality food, adherence to recipes and procedures, and cleanliness standards are maintained for our guests. As part of the restaurant management team, you will also oversee overall operations, including food quality, safety, production, and labor, especially in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements:
  1. Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  2. Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
  3. Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
  4. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
