We are hiring for the role of Kitchen Manager at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants. This position offers a compensation range of $55,000-$65,000 per year plus a 10% bonus potential. The final salary will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

Role Overview

As a Kitchen Manager, you will lead our fast-paced, high-volume, scratch kitchen, ensuring the culinary execution of our inspired menu paired with Cooper’s Hawk wines. You will work closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager to drive operational excellence, growth, and team development, maintaining high food quality and delivering a first-class guest experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee 1-2 departments including dish, prep, and/or line
  • Ensure policies are followed and operations are managed efficiently
  • Collaborate between kitchen and front of house

  • Support new menu and system rollouts, private events, and inventory management
  • Maintain food safety standards and a professional work environment
What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably scratch kitchens
  • Excellent communication and financial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; certifications like ServSafe preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
