Located on beautiful Lake Murray, we're a high-volume, fast-paced destination known for great seafood, bold American fare, and a nonstop bar scene that draws locals and lake lovers alike.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Run the kitchen like a boss – ordering, inventory, scheduling, the works

Ensure every plate hits the pass looking flawless and on time

Keep the crew sharp, the prep tight, and the morale high

Work closely with FOH to keep the guest experience seamless

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and all the things that matter behind the scenes
