Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and instructions.
2. Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all food items.
3. Use ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
7. Report maintenance issues promptly.
8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
9. Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
10. Follow HACCP standards and safety procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
