Job summary

Road Ranger seeks a Kitchen Manager to join the Gainesville, TX team and lead the kitchen operations. The role focuses on fast, friendly service, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety for our guests.

You will oversee daily kitchen activities, operate the POS, manage cash and inventory, and maintain cleanliness across all food service concepts. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading a team and engaging with customers, vendors and staff.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and cash/inventory safeguarding.

As the face of Road Ranger and all Food Service Concepts, you are to provide and ensure fast and friendly customer service, creating a fun and positive work environment, hiring and leading a top group Road Ranger employees at the various concepts, dedicated to serving up fresh-made, delicious food offerings for our hungry customers. In addition to preparing food, this role is responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, operating the point-of-sale system, safeguarding cash and inventory, maintaining proper food safety standards, and ensuring the cleanliness of all areas at each of the Food Service Concepts. This position is engaging, gives you a lot of variety in your day, and prepares you for more responsibility along your Road Ranger journey.
