Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to oversee all culinary operations. The role involves leading a high-volume kitchen, ensuring food quality, managing staff, and maximizing financial success while promoting a fun and welcoming environment.
Position Classification: Full Time
The Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) is responsible for all culinary operations at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, providing leadership and direction to the Heart of House (HOH) team. The EKM must support a high-volume, creative, scratch kitchen through impeccable recipe and specification knowledge, culinary techniques, and experience. They should excel in a culinary-driven environment with the freshest ingredients, a clean kitchen, top-of-the-line equipment, and high operating standards. The EKM promotes a fun and welcoming work environment through positive reinforcement and teamwork, motivating, coaching, teaching, developing, and inspiring the HOH team to deliver memorable food to guests. Additionally, the EKM builds sales and maximizes financial success by controlling food and labor costs.
