At Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse family, we are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food according to recipes and procedures. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures
• Enforcing employment policies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest safety
• Monitoring and maintaining efficient ticket times
• Managing Back of House staff performance, including evaluations and coaching
• Developing employees through feedback and training
• Conducting inventory checks, safety procedures, and proper handling of kitchen items
• Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs
• Scheduling and task assignment for kitchen staff
• Training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Participating in hiring processes
