Salary Range for New Hire: $57,165 - $66,915

Please note: Salary depends on experience and education. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Once training is complete, you will receive a 2% raise.

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a growing restaurant concept with growth opportunities for restaurant management / back of house managers in a full-service, casual dining environment.

In this role, you will manage restaurant back of house / service teams along with other managers and kitchen leads as part of the management team.

We'd Like To Talk With You If You

• Balance fun and professionalism.
• Have had at least 1-2 years supervising BOH (Back of House).
• Have experience with ordering under a budget, coaching, scheduling, and team building.
• Model enthusiasm and motivate others.
• Show investment in staff's future success.
• Are available to work weekends and some evenings in exchange for two consecutive days off each week.
