Qualifications
Food Production:
  • Ensure menu items are correctly prepared and presented
  • Forecast food production and implement systems
  • Knowledge of recipes, procedures, and timing
  • Follow opening and closing procedures, including cooler stripping
  • Properly receive and store products
Guest Satisfaction:
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and increase sales
  • Manage shifts in absence of senior managers
  • Create a hassle-free dining experience
  • Follow catering and take-out guidelines
  • Engage with guests and handle complaints
  • Maintain management visibility during meal periods
Sanitation and Safety:
  • Maintain health and safety policies, obtain ServSafe Certification
  • Ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance
  • Follow safety procedures and handle emergencies calmly
Administration:
  • Complete shift paperwork and manage cash controls
  • Improve operations based on reports
  • Participate in inventory and reporting
  • Forecast sales and monitor costs
Human Resources:
  • Assist in recruiting and comply with laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and monitor staffing
  • Foster a positive work environment and morale
Training:

Participate in a 6-week training program, learning skills for success and career development. Responsibilities include training staff, participating in management meetings, and supporting disciplinary procedures.

Personal Development:

Conduct oneself professionally, promote the brand, focus on guest impact, and uphold high ethical standards. Management should always act in the best interest of the company and demonstrate high character and principles.
