Job summary

Beef O Brady's is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead a energetic dining team in a casual, family-friendly sports pub environment. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, supervise day-to-day kitchen operations, and ensure consistency in food quality and service.

Key requirements include 2+ years in casual restaurant management, ability to work nights and weekends, and commitment to food safety and guest satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service casual restaurant management position.
• Minimum 21 years of age or older.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat in a kitchen environment.
