The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a seasoned culinary leader to run daily operations in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will mentor 30+ team members, ensure scratch kitchen execution, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high volume, full service, scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
