Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Hopkins, MN is seeking an experienced culinary leader to manage a large, high-volume kitchen. You will direct a scratch-cooking team, ensure recipe execution, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Candidates should have 3+ years of culinary management, supervise 30+ staff, strong leadership and English communication, and be eligible for ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen.
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high volume, full service, scratch kitchen experience preferred
• Experience supervising 30+ team members per workgroup
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability, cost of goods, labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week
