Job summary

Tigg's Canteen Services in Caro, Michigan is seeking a permanent Full-Time Kitchen Manager to lead the jail kitchen operations in Tuscola County.

Qualifications

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 9:00am - 6:00pm)
• Clearance approval into the facility

Previous food service or kitchen experience would be a plus, but we can train the right person!
