Job summary

Tigg's Canteen Services is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Kitchen Manager to lead food service operations at Fayette County Jail in Connersville, IN. This leadership role requires integrity, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a structured environment.

Responsibilities include supervising meal preparations, ensuring recipes are followed, managing shifts, and coordinating with security and facility staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up.

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (between 9:00am - 6:00pm)
• Clearance approval into the facility

Previous food service or kitchen experience would be a plus, but we can train the right person!
