We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food according to recipes and procedures. If you are passionate about scratch-made food, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager
  • Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures
  • Enforce employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety
  • Monitor ticket times to maintain efficiency
  • Manage Back of House staff performance, conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Develop employees through feedback and training
  • Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling of kitchen items
  • Ensure safe food handling practices
  • Manage food costs, waste, and labor costs
  • Schedule and assign tasks to staff
  • Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Participate in hiring processes
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment
