Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Atlanta is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back of house, ensure food quality, and manage cost controls across high-volume service.

You will train and develop the BOH team, work the line during prep and events, and partner with the Executive Chef on menus and standards. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership including banquet and events
• Culinary skills to lead from the line
• Experience building BOH teams in high-volume settings
• Strong financial acumen: food cost, labor, waste
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation in high-volume kitchens
• Flexible availability, nights, weekends, and holidays

Overview

The Role

As a Kitchen Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the back of house from the line, develop your BOH team, manage costs, and execute food quality consistently across every service period and event.

What You’ll Do

• Run kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, speed, sanitation, and consistent execution across all service periods
• Train, coach, and develop BOH team members to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
• Work the line alongside your team during prep, service, and events, setting the standard through your own execution
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering to hit financial targets
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes, and operational standards
• Partner with Operations and the Executive Chef on menu rollouts, product consistency, and culinary standards

What You’ll Bring

• 3 or more years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service
• A culinary skill set that lets you lead from the line, not just from the office
• Experience building and developing BOH teams in high-volume environments
• Solid financial acumen including food cost management, labor control, and waste reduction
• Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in high-volume kitchen operations
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
