Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back of house, develop the BOH team, and drive cost control while ensuring food quality across all service periods and events.

You will work the line, train staff, manage inventory and standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus and culinary execution. Pizzeria experience and ServSafe certification are preferred; nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Pizzeria experience strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of kitchen leadership including banquet and event service.
• A culinary skill set that lets you lead from the line, not just from the office.
• Experience building and developing BOH teams in high-volume environments.
• Solid financial acumen including food cost management, labor control, and waste reduction.
• Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Role

As a Kitchen Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the back of house from the line, develop your BOH team, manage costs, and execute food quality consistently across every service period and event.

What You’ll Bring

Pizzeria experience strongly preferred. Experience in a pizza-focused kitchen brings valuable skills in high-volume production, ticket management, speed of service, quality control, dough and food preparation, inventory management, and leading a team during busy service periods.

• 3 or more years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service
• A culinary skill set that lets you lead from the line, not just from the office
• Experience building and developing BOH teams in high-volume environments
• Solid financial acumen including food cost management, labor control, and waste reduction
• Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
