Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the back of house, develop the BOH team, control costs, and ensure consistent food quality across all events.

You will run line operations, train staff, and partner with culinary leadership to roll out menus and maintain standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in kitchen leadership including banquet/event service.
• Lead from the line with a culinary mindset, not only from the office.
• Experience building high-volume BOH teams.
• Strong food cost, labor, and waste management skills.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain one.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run kitchen operations focused on food quality, speed, sanitation, and consistency.
• Train and develop BOH team members for high-performance service.
• Work on line during prep, service, and events to set standards.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering to meet targets.

The Role

As a Kitchen Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the back of house from the line, develop your BOH team, manage costs, and execute food quality consistently across every service period and event.

What You\'ll Do

• Run kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, speed, sanitation, and consistent execution across all service periods


• Train, coach, and develop BOH team members to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment


• Work the line alongside your team during prep, service, and events, setting the standard through your own execution


• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering to hit financial targets


• Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes, and operational standards


• Partner with Operations and the Executive Chef on menu rollouts, product consistency, and culinary standards

What You\'ll Bring

• 3 or more years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service


• A culinary skill set that lets you lead from the line, not just from the office


• Experience building and developing BOH teams in high-volume environments


• Solid financial acumen including food cost management, labor control, and waste reduction


• Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification


• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in high-volume kitchen operations


• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
