Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back of house across line operations, develop the BOH team, and ensure food quality, cost controls, and sanitation across all events.

You will work the line during prep, service, and events, manage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering, and collaborate with Operations and the Executive Chef on menu rollouts and culinary standards. Flexible evenings and weekends required.

Formación

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service.
• Ability to lead from the line and develop BOH teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong financial acumen with food cost, labor, and waste management.
• ServSafe certification current or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in high-volume kitchens.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overview

The Role

As a Kitchen Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the back of house from the line, develop your BOH team, manage costs, and execute food quality consistently across every service period and event.

• Partner with Operations and the Executive Chef on menu rollouts, product consistency, and culinary standards

What You'll Bring

• 3 or more years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service
• A culinary skill set that lets you lead from the line, not just from the office
• Experience building and developing BOH teams in high-volume environments
• Solid financial acumen including food cost management, labor control, and waste reduction
• Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in high-volume kitchen operations
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Benefits

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position. More details regarding benefits are available here: Lucky Strike Entertainment Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 per year depending on qualifications.
