Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in New York is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back of house, develop the BOH team, manage costs, and ensure high-quality food across all events and service periods.

You will oversee line execution, guide prep and service staff, and partner with the Executive Chef on menu standards. This role requires strong leadership, cost awareness, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership, including banquet and event service.
• Culinary skills demonstrated from the line leadership.
• Experience building and developing BOH teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong financial acumen in food cost management and labor control.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Role

What You'll Bring

• 3 or more years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event service
• A culinary skill set that lets you lead from the line, not just from the office
• Experience building and developing BOH teams in high-volume environments
• Solid financial acumen including food cost management, labor control, and waste reduction
• Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in high-volume kitchen operations
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
