Road Ranger is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the Amarillo, TX team. Working under the Store Management Team, the FSC oversees our proprietary food programs, manages daily waste, inventories, orders supplies, and ensures health and sanitation compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year restaurant management experience, is friendly, hard-working, and reliable, and enjoys engaging with customers and staff.

About our R+R Kitchen Food Service Coordinator

Working under the supervision of the Store Management Team, the R+R Kitchen Food Service Coordinator (FSC) is responsible for the operation of the Company's proprietary food programs. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Recording & calculating daily waste
• Adjusting build-to information
• Ordering supplies
• Counting & calculating inventory weekly
• Ensuring compliance with health & sanitation requirements
• Preparing & directing team members

The ideal R+R Kitchen Food Service Coordinator has 1+ years of restaurant management experience, is a friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader who enjoys engaging with customers, employees, vendors, and helping make a difference in someone’s day.
