Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience with inventory management and staff development.
• ServSafe PIC/Manager certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to foster a positive, values-driven culture.
• Coach team through regular development conversations and training.
• Collaborate with FOH, Events, and bar teams for unified service.
• Operate as the leader in kitchen during shifts in the Kitchen Manager's absence.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Support special events and catering with coordination with Private Events.
