Job summary

Tangled Roots Brewing Co. is looking for an Assistant Culinary Manager to oversee kitchen functions and support the Culinary Manager. This role involves managing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, possess strong customer service and leadership skills, and be able to meet health code standards. Join a team that values growth and opportunities!

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Preferred Culinary leadership / management experience.
• ServSafe Manager Food Handler and Allergen Certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Culinary Manager with Recruiting, Training, and Managing the Back-of-House Team Members.
• Manage day-to-day operations and act as a second-in-command.
• Lead and Mentor team members to adhere to TRBC Culture and Values.
• Support inventory management and stock ordering.
• Monitor and adjust menu items for quality and cost control.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
