Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order while following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well organized.
• Maintain equipment; repair malfunctioning gear quickly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Filing MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
