Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate clearly with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines and prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory procedures.
