Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to train and guide Crew, ensure high-quality, safe food preparation, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen. You will monitor inventory, support a strong team dynamic, and help Crew advance to future Kitchen Leaders. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

You’ll promote Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, work on the line, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures to ensure quality.
• Monitor inventory and waste; help keep kitchen well stocked and organized.
• Train Crew and develop them into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents; participate in FIFO and MSDS updates.
