Responsibilities
- Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
- Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve issues.
- Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house.
- Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
- Communicate with crew and customers to ensure great service.
- Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and well maintained.
- Monitor equipment and ensure timely repairs when needed.
- Ensure safety guidelines and MSDS/FIFO practices are followed.
