Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You will train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well maintained, and lead by example to promote teamwork and a great customer experience.

In this role you’ll manage food quality, monitor waste and inventory, support back- and front-of-house teams, supervise MSDS and FIFO

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned and sanitized and equipment is maintained
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation and inventory rotation
