Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring Kitchen Leaders in California. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and high customer service standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork, maintaining stock, and helping Crew achieve station goals, with a strong focus on delivering a great guest experience every shift.

Formación

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, perform core kitchen tasks.
• Cook and prep food to order, and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO paperwork as required.
