Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures and ensure food quality by cooking/prepping to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and make repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventories.
