Chipotle Mexican Grill in Abilene, TX is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will ensure food is delicious, order supplies, and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good repair.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventory rotation.
