Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, and a well-stocked, clean kitchen.

You’ll lead by example, promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, and safe; maintain equipment.
