Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to guide daily food prep, ensure quality and safety, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will help manage a busy kitchen, keep equipment in good repair, and promote a positive customer experience at the point of service.

You will lead by example, maintain clean, well-stocked stations, and support teamwork across back-of-house and front-of-house teams to deliver great food with integrity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speaks, writes and reads the work location language(s) proficiently.
• Requires a high school diploma and prior restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality; reduce waste.
• Promote teamwork between back of house and front of house crews.
