Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will ensure the food is delicious, manage food orders, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader promotes teamwork, keeps the kitchen clean and stocked, and ensures equipment is maintained for safe operations. This role centers on delivering a stellar customer experience and leading by example.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies to ensure food quality.
• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and waste, maintain safety and sanitation.
