Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The role emphasizes food quality, safety, cleanliness, inventory control, and strong teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house teams. You will model excellence, guide peers, and help deliver a great customer experience in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to work on feet and promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring food quality by cooking and prepping food.
• Monitoring food waste and inventory levels, and resolving food quality issues.
• Supporting a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Developing Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicating with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
