Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring every dish is delicious and prepared to order. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will help maintain inventory, support teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house, and contribute to delivering a top-notch customer experience every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures in daily operations.
• Cook and prep food to order to ensure quality.
• Monitor food waste and inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
