Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Altoona, PA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen, serving as a role model for Crew members throughout shifts.

You will help drive teamwork, maintain equipment, and support great customer experiences by leading by example and stepping in to help your teammates as needed.
