Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Aston Township, PA, is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

You will help ensure food safety, manage stock, and mentor Crew members to grow into leadership positions, all while maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order, and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers effectively to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is maintained and repaired promptly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventory documentation.
