Position: Kitchen Leader

As a Kitchen Leader, you will oversee kitchen staff to ensure daily goals are met, maximizing guest satisfaction and maintaining a quality work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to manage budget expenses and improve operations.
  • Keep management informed of issues and suggest solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team and vendors.
  • Conduct walk-throughs and temperature checks.
  • Assist in ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Support all kitchen operations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service (training provided).
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:
  • High mobility and flexibility.
  • Ability to work irregular hours under stress.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver through openings.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors.
  • Continuous standing and walking.
