Position Description:

As a Kitchen Leader, you will oversee kitchen staff to ensure daily goals and tasks are achieved, maximizing guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Kitchen Manager to manage budgets and improve operations.
  • Inform General Manager/Kitchen Manager of issues and suggest solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and oversee deliveries.
  • Assist in all kitchen functions and ordering processes.
Qualifications:
  • Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service, provided through in-house training.
  • Effective communication skills.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:
  • High mobility and flexibility.
  • Ability to work irregular hours under stress.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in heat, steam, smoke, and odors.
  • Continuous standing and walking.
