Position Overview:

As a Kitchen Leader, you will oversee kitchen staff to ensure daily goals and tasks are met, maximizing guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to control expenses and improve operations.
2. Report issues to General Manager/Kitchen Manager and suggest solutions.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
4. Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses.
5. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
6. Coordinate with vendors for supplies and equipment.
7. Conduct kitchen walk-throughs and temperature checks.
8. Assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
9. Support all kitchen operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service.
• Clear communication skills.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

• High mobility and flexibility.
• Ability to work irregular hours under stress.
